Principle:

 

A strong vertical flow of liquid produced by a rotor driven by a high speed rotating rotor under the action of a diversion cavity, The liquid in the container starts to totally circulate, reaching the macroscopic mixing, on the other hand, high speed rotating rotors can produce some shear turbulence for micro mixing, and these micro mixed liquids are dispersed to every corner of the container with the circulation of the whole liquid flow, all the liquid in the container can be completely emulsified and mixed, which is completely different from the traditional mixing method, the micro mixing can be regarded as the small batch mixing of the minimum particle size of the material, and the treatment result of emulsified mixing can be achieved completely, macroscopic mixing can be seen as a complete mixing of materials in a container without a dead angle
